a. Minutes of the Organizational Meeting of the Board shall be read and approved

7) New Business

a. Giving the Treasurer full access to the bank account (Motion)

a. The floor will be opened to the community members to voice their thoughts and/or ask questions. Community members shall follow the rules of decorum.
