What is PayHOA used for?
Oxford HOA uses PayHOA for the follow:
- Collect assessments
- Record invoices, receipts, assessments, fines, and payments for each home/homeowner
- Financial records keeping for the HOA
- Requests/Forms (ARC, Violations, Committee Volunteering, etc.)
- Record communications (email, mail, etc) between homeowners and the HOA
How to I sign up for the website?

In order to approve your sign up, we need to verify you are a homeowner in the community. Please be sure to include the following when you sign up: First and Last Name, Street Address, Phone Number, and Email Address.
What if I rent out my home in the community?
Please reach out to feedback@oxfordhoa.com to let us know that your home is a rental property. This helps us to ensure that all notices and communications are being sent to the home owner rather than the renter.
