
Oxford HOA Committees
Wondering what committees our community has? Learn more about each committee here! If you are interested in volunteering on a committee, please submit a request via your PayHOA homeowners portal.

Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is responsible for assessing all ARC requests for the community. ARC standards can be found in the Covenants. All ARC submissions can be made via your PayHOA homeowners portal.

Covenants Committee
The Covenants Committee is responsible for assisting the Board of Directors in Covenants compliance. This committee records covenants violations and remedies, and reports to the Board of Directors. All violations notices must be approved by the Board of Directors. The Covenants Committee is not responsible for setting fines for violations.

Events Committee
The Events Committee is responsible for planning community events. The Events committee is not responsible for dispersing funds for events. All financial decisions must be approved by the Board of Directors.

Welcoming Committee
The Welcoming Committee was created to help foster a welcoming community for all members, present and future. The Welcoming Committee is the front line of hospitality to all new renters and homeowners in the neighborhood. They are committed to ensuring the community feels welcomed as a part of the Oxford Family.

HoneyDo Crew
The HoneyDo Crew assists neighbors with home maintenance and lawncare. This committee is committed to helping provide services to the community, where they would otherwise be unable to complete the task(s). The HoneyDo Crew can help remedy Covenants violations or just general maintenance. The members of this community are not licensed or insured, and complete tasks on a voluntary basis.

Community Watch
The Community Watch Committee is comprised of community members committed to fostering a safe environment. The Community Watch looks out for the neighborhood. This committee is responsible for reporting any unusual or suspicious activity to the proper authorities. If you see something, say something. Let's Keep Oxford Safe!
